Returns Overview
If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
· Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and manuals.
· Proof of purchase is required.
· Returns may be refused if items are damaged through misuse, missing parts, or not in resellable condition.
How to Start a Return
Email info@betathree.com with:
· Order number
· Item(s) you wish to return
· Reason for return
We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping Costs
· Change-of-mind returns: customer covers return shipping.
· Faulty / damaged / incorrect item: we cover reasonable return shipping (or arrange collection), where confirmed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved:
· Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
· Shipping fees are not refunded.
· Processing times depend on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you need an exchange, contact us and we’ll advise stock availability and next steps. In many cases, the fastest option is to return and reorder.
Cancellations
· Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
· If already dispatched, you’ll need to follow the return process.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless defective or required by law, the following are typically non-returnable:
· Clearance items (if marked final sale)
· Gift cards
· Items damaged by misuse
