Dual-major in Electronic Engineering and Acoustics, with 50 years’ experience in loudspeaker and amplifier design. He has designed and installed systems for lobbies, recording studios, theatres, discos and large venues, and continues as Beta Three’s long-term audio consultant.
Rodger Rapsey
(Australia)
With 35+ years in professional audio, Rodger founded The PA People in Australia. His work spans audio product and system design, plus installation and commissioning for major events including the Sydney, Athens and Beijing Olympic Games.
Mark Chmelik
(Germany)
A Munich University of Applied Sciences graduate (Physical Engineering), Mark has focused on loudspeaker design for nearly 30 years. He has contributed to multiple large-scale audio engineering projects across Europe and, since 2005, has served as a technical consultant for Beta Three speaker development.

With 45+ years in audio and a degree in Applied Science (Nuclear Physics), Neil has designed numerous digital and analogue products. His expertise includes DSP and embedded processing, A/D and D/A, loudspeaker design, and audio DSP interfaces.
