This Shipping Policy explains how BETA THREE processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on betathree.com.


Shipping Methods

We currently offer two main shipping methods:

1. Direct Shipping from China
2. Local Overseas Warehouse Delivery

The available shipping method may vary depending on the product, destination country or region, inventory availability, and logistics conditions at the time of order.

1. Direct Shipping from China

For most countries and regions, orders are shipped directly from China to the customer’s delivery address.

This shipping method applies to:

  • Countries and regions where local warehouse delivery is not yet available
  • Countries or regions not specifically listed on our website
  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled from an overseas warehouse due to inventory availability
  • Special shipments arranged by our team

Estimated Delivery Time for Direct Shipping

Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
Transit time after dispatch: approximately 7–10 business days
Estimated total delivery time: approximately 8–12 business days after payment confirmation

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country or region, customs clearance, local courier capacity, public holidays, weather conditions, remote-area delivery, and other factors beyond our control.

2. Local Overseas Warehouse Delivery

We are setting up overseas warehouse delivery for selected Southeast Asia markets.

Currently, overseas warehouse delivery is planned for:

  • Malaysia
  • Philippines
  • Vietnam

Please note that inventory for these overseas warehouses is currently in transit. Once local warehouse inventory becomes available, eligible orders in Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam may be fulfilled from the local overseas warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Time for Overseas Warehouse Delivery

For eligible in-stock products fulfilled from overseas warehouses:

Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
Transit time after dispatch: approximately 3–5 business days
Estimated total delivery time: approximately 4–7 business days after payment confirmation

If overseas warehouse inventory is not yet available, temporarily out of stock, or not applicable to a specific order, the order may be shipped directly from China instead.

 

Shipping Coverage

We currently support shipping to selected countries and regions.

If your country or region is available at checkout, it means we can usually arrange shipment to your location.

If your country or region is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@betathree.com before placing an order. Our team may be able to arrange direct shipping from China depending on the product, destination, and logistics availability.

 

Order Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed after 17:00 China Standard Time (GMT+8) may begin processing on the next business day.

Orders are not usually processed on weekends or public holidays. During peak sales periods, holidays, product launches, preorder campaigns, or overseas warehouse transitions, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping to Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam

For orders shipped to Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam, shipping is free and all applicable duties/taxes are included in the product price. Customers in these countries will not need to pay any additional shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes after placing the order.

Other Countries / Regions

For destinations outside Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam, additional shipping fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These costs will be calculated at checkout where available, or confirmed by our team before shipment.

 

Duties & Taxes

For other countries and regions, import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, or other local fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country or region and may be the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise before checkout.

BETA THREE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local regulations, incomplete customs information, or unpaid import charges where applicable.

 

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the tracking number is issued.

If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing period, please contact us at info@betathree.com with your order number.

 

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, email address, and postal code are correct before placing an order.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@betathree.com

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the shipping address. BETA THREE is not responsible for delivery failure, delay, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

 

 Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@betathree.com as soon as possible.

For damaged packages, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • A short description of the issue

We will work with the carrier and provide a reasonable solution based on the situation.

Please do not discard the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

 

Preorder Items

Some products may be sold as preorder items.

For preorder products, the estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page, checkout page, email notification, or preorder notice where applicable.

If an order contains both in-stock and preorder items, we may ship them together when all items are ready, unless separate shipping is arranged by our team.

Preorder shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production schedules, quality checks, customs clearance, warehouse transfer, overseas warehouse inbound schedules, or carrier delays. If there is a significant delay, we will notify customers by email.
