Warranty Period
BETA THREE products purchased from betathree.com are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
What This Warranty Covers
This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
If a covered defect occurs, BETA THREE may, at its discretion:

- Lost or stolen products
- Issues caused by failure to follow the user manual, safety instructions, or maintenance guidelines

Depending on the case, we may provide replacement parts, repair guidance, a replacement unit, or another suitable solution.
Customers may be responsible for shipping costs if the issue is not covered by this warranty, if the product is returned without authorization, or if the damage is caused by misuse, improper handling, or other excluded conditions.
Warranty Service Does Not Extend the Warranty Period
Repair or replacement under this warranty does not restart or extend the original warranty period, unless required by applicable law.
The product will continue to be covered for the remaining period of the original 2-year warranty.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BETA THREE is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of business, loss of performance opportunities, or loss of data resulting from the use of the product.
