BETA THREE 11.11 SOUND FEST 2026
1. Promotion Period
The First 11 Bonus is available during the BETA THREE 11.11 Sound Fest, from November 1, 2026, at 8:00 PM to November 12, 2026, at 11:59 PM (UTC+8).
2. Eligible Countries
This promotion is exclusively available to eligible customers in Malaysia, the Philippines, and Saudi Arabia.
Each country has a separate allocation of 11 bonus gifts.
3. Eligible Products
All participating MB3 and MB3-X products and bundles featured in the 11.11 Sound Fest are eligible for this promotion.
4. Bonus Gift Allocation
The first 11 qualifying customers in each country will receive an additional gift:
- 1st–5th: One FREE compatible Speaker Carry Bag per customer.
- 6th–11th: One FREE Speaker Stand per customer.
A total of 33 reward gifts were distributed across the three countries.
5. How to Qualify
To qualify, customers must:
- Place an order for an eligible product during the promotional period.
- Provide accurate contact and delivery information.
- Successfully receive their order.
- Complete payment, including successful payment collection for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Customer rankings are based on the original order placement time recorded by our store, not delivery time.
Orders that are cancelled, unpaid, rejected, undelivered, or subsequently returned in full before gift eligibility is finalized will not qualify.
If an order becomes ineligible, the next qualifying customer in the same country will move up in the ranking.
6. One Gift Per Customer
Each eligible customer may receive only one First 11 Bonus gift during the promotional campaign, regardless of the number of orders or speakers purchased.
The bonus gift is additional to any accessories already included in the purchased bundle.
Bonus gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted at the customer's request.
7. Gift Confirmation & Delivery
Gift eligibility will be verified after successful order delivery and payment confirmation.
Our customer service team will contact qualifying customers once their gift allocation has been confirmed.
Bonus gifts will be shipped separately, at no additional shipping cost, within 10 business days after final eligibility confirmation.
8. Returns & Refunds
If a customer requests a full return or refund, any promotional gift received with the qualifying purchase must be handled in accordance with the applicable promotional terms and return policy.
This does not affect statutory consumer rights.
9. Additional Conditions
- Order rankings are determined separately for Malaysia, the Philippines, and Saudi Arabia.
- Only eligible orders placed during the promotional period will be considered.
- Duplicate or fraudulent orders may be disqualified following verification.
- Placing an order does not guarantee receipt of a First 11 Bonus gift.
- Final eligibility is subject to verification of the published promotional conditions.
